Learn the art of balancing upside down!
Our Handstand Class is designed for beginners and intermediate adults who want to build their handstand skills safely and confidently. We focus on technique, body alignment, strength drills, and balance exercises to help you develop a solid and sustainable handstand practice.

In this class, we work on Handstand entries and exits, Wall drills and freestanding practice, Core and shoulder strengthening and Balance awareness and confidence building. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your skills, we’ll meet you at your level and guide you step-by-step.

Gymnastics Strength & Flexibility

Build the foundation your body needs to move freely and powerfully!
Our Strength and Flexibility Class focuses on developing full-body strength, active flexibility, and better body control, all essential for gymnastics and overall fitness.

In this class, you’ll work on Balance and stability exercises, Core, shoulder and leg strength, Active and passive flexibility drills. This class is perfect for adults who want to increase their active flexibility, enhance their performance or simply move better and feel stronger in daily life.
